Abstract


The subject relevance of this article is caused by occurring sociocultural, geopolitical events in modern global society, where the violence level increases in a geometrical progression despite wide study of the conflicts. It seems that the more complexity of conflict structure is learned, the more often it happens. At the moment the majority of scientific works on peace and conflict subject is directed on studying of conflicts, denying possibility of peace research as scientific discipline. Authors of conflictology explain their position with that the Peace, as that, doesn’t exist. From their point of view, the Peace is the perfect, utopian, unattainable state of society devoid of certain forms, available to studying. Scientific novelty of this work is designated by specifics of the methodological and theoretical basis developed by the Spanish pasiologists group, or the peace researchers. Authors, members of Institute of the Peace and the Conflicts of Granada city adhering to the idea that «the science about peace» is the real scientific discipline directed on the conflict prevention. That attaches it special significance not only in the sphere of theoretical knowledge, but also empirical. Practical introduction of this scientific knowledge demands, according to Francisco Munios, epistemological revolution, or prioritization of the peace over the conflict. That, in turn, demands introduction of new educational forms in culture of the peace, requires the new forms of thinking, perceptions, reactions to a conflict situation, choice of new priorities and new resources in research and educational process. The purpose of this article is rapprochement of researches of Spanish and Russian authors, and also systematization of the main theoretical concepts of peace research within the theory of three generations of peace, offered by the researcher of Granada Institute of the Peace and the Conflicts Jimenez Bautista, the author of the «imperfect peace». The Tasks of this article are: analysis of the main difficulties of a peace concept definition; description of the chronological sequence of peace research; providing synthesis of theoretical base of researches about the peace within the theory of three generations of the peace, subdivided into studying of: 1) negative, positive, cultural, neutral and imperfect peace; 2) social, inner and ecological (Gaia) peace; 3) multi - inter- transcultural peace; revealing the main difficulties of peace studying.
