The author analyzes the content of prosperity and ownership, forms of ownership, criteria of division, classification of the forms. The essential moments of ownership content are revealed through characteristics of subject, object and process of appropriation. It is used new research method that has been worked out on the base of dialectical principles of pairs, of certain rank and of contradiction in appearances.
