MANIPULATIVE PRACTICES AS A DESTRUCTIVE FACTOR OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY
Abstract
The concept of “support sustainable development” is based on cybernetic models of society, taking into account feedbacks. The strategy aimed at destroying the sustainability and stability of the system state are seen as manipulative practice. These practices are destructive in nature, including due to the lack of feedback and rely on the state of uncertainty in society that panders to extremism and terrorism. To maintain steady state with the necessary tools of constructive control, which is based on rational methods of control of observable acts of social life. The article highlights and describes the basic functional structure of social mechanisms: phenomenological and the observation of subject-object relations; analytical — methods analysis of the collected information and the formation of the image / portrait of actors of the studied events; management making decisions to initiate actions. The schema of the logical analysis of the conditions of the studied system and the model control behavior in conjunction with the control methods specified values of the parameters presented in the form of cognitive map research. The proposed Toolkit can be used as a basis of management technologies within the concept of sustainable development of society.
