Abstract


The article is devoted to the regulation of labour relations on the basis of social partner-ship of trade union organizations and the Executive branch in Novosibirsk oblast. Article submitted by: historical stage in the formation of social partnership in the field, the role of the trade union organization as a social partner in collective-contractual relations. Presented experience of trade union organizations on the basis of social partnership with the Executive Branch to improve the social and economic development of the Novosibirsk region, improve the conditions and protection of labour housing policy health, education and other issues affecting the vital interests of trade union members. This article analyzes the dynamics of total number of collective agreements involving trade unions. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of the causes of the decline in the number of Union members at the enterprises of the region. Defined the main tasks of col¬lective regulation of labour relations in the Novosibirsk region, with the participation of trade union organizations. The practical significance of the research carried out by trade unions are defined by the fact that the main ideas and the provisions of article can be used to improve the effectiveness of the system of social protection, Trade Union of workers in the market relations.
