INTERDISCIPLINARY APPROACH ТО THE STUDY AND PRACTICAL OVERCOMING ARISING IN MODERN RUSSIAN SOCIETY SOCIAL CONFLICTS

Abstract


This article discusses the General guidelines of conflictological monitoring to consider and apply in order to:

  • to make relations in our society are securely controlled,
  • they occur in all sorts of social conflicts are regulated and resolved in a civilized institutional forms.

The use of these guidelines helps keep their monitoring methodologically and methodically equipped and able:

  • effectively analyze a variety of social conflicts,
  • to give them a fairly accurate diagnosis.
  • to develop on this basis, effective measures of influence on the process of their flow and resolution.

It directs research efforts to the prevailing numerous and acute conflict situations to try to understand and appreciate from the point of view of:

  • the extent to which they carry liberation trends
  • how to ensure the democratization of relations in all regions, republics, spheres of a public life.

This approach allows us to evaluate the entire spectrum of social forces and movements, seeking to somehow use public conflicts in their interests, about the nature and actions of their antitotalitarian or anti-democratic aspirations and intentions. This assessment is particularly important for conflictological analysis, sees the main direction of further improvement of the present-day Russian society that it sought to find and effectively use tools and methods for accurate determination and effective solution of actual tasks of its further democratic development.
