TYPES OF CONFLICT REGULATION TECHNOLOGIES: FROM STRUCTURAL BASIS TO MECHANISMS OF REPRODUCTION

Abstract


Continuing series of articles aimed at comprehensive and integrated consideration of technologies of regulation of social conflict, this article addresses the issue of analysis of the structure and mechanism of a variety of socio-political technologies of conflict resolution in the modern world. This article consists of two parts, each dedicated to different types of technologies, based on different grounds. This clarification of the specifics of the technology and identified the subject area of management technologies, components and factors of influence. The article presents various criteria for the classification of the technologies of conflict regulation, on the basis of which formed a variety of differentiation and specification of socio-political technologies of conflict management in society. The grounds for typology there may be structural and technological aspects and environmental factors, structural and institutional grounds, reproductive goals and mechanisms of structural-dynamic factors of managerial tasks and ways of regulation. In this part of the article given analysis of the main contemporary technologies in the field of conflict regulation on different bases: structural-functional, structural-institutional, reproduction mechanism. There were proposed theoretical-applied basis for technological mechanisms for coordinating diverse social interests. On this article identified technological problems and ways of correct conflict regulation by the implementation of harmonious social policies that take into account different social interests and values of society, communities and individuals.
