THE CONFLICTOGENIC ZONES IN PERSONNEL POLICY

Abstract


The conflictogenic zones in personnel policy are investigated. On the basis of comparative monitoring negative dynamics of employment of graduates in the Russian Federation, the Volga Federal District and the Republic of Mari El is revealed. To it the imbalance of labor market and education market is the main reason. Various points of view of scientists on the mechanism of selection and placement of personnel, on the basis of opposition which has given a conceptual framework «selection of shots» as forms of administrative activity, directed to identification and assessment of candidates for a competitive position taking into account business, professional and practical skills are disclosed. Taking into account regional aspect of training for various branches of economy sociological survey of two categories of respondents (young specialists and employers) is conducted. At the same time employers note lack of practical skills and a lack of professional knowledge, and young specialists — on low compensation and lack of jobs according to a profession. All this speaks about contradictions in science and the conflictogenic zones in practice of personnel policy. For their overcoming we consider it expedient to enter target and individual training of specialists for the benefit of the concrete basic enterprises and to create the system of maintenance of professional career of university graduates.
