CONFLICTOGENIC ZONES IN PROFESSIONAL WORK WITH YOUTH (REGIONAL ASPECT)

Abstract


Conflictogenic zones are studied in vocational guidance work. On the basis of international, federal and regional legislation, as well as the opinions of various scientific schools and scholars, the priorities of the youth's vocational guidance are revealed. Generalized the positive experience of the Republic of Mari El on the implementation of career guidance programs and the provision of career guidance services. In the republic, since 2012, the Republican interdepartmental council for career guidance functions, which on the basis of an integrated approach forms a strategy for career guidance. The network interaction of organizations of general and professional education, employers of all forms of ownership and business is developing, which made it possible to create a practice-oriented system in the training of specialists. At the same time, the author's monitoring made it possible to identify conflict zones in the investigated area, which include: the lack of a clear delineation of powers between the bodies concerned, the contradictions between socio-professional expectations and professional reality, between professional abilities and the needs of young people. The legislative base requires further improvement in order to eliminate contradictions, increase the role of the public and the importance of individual self-determination, self-presentation and self-realization in the professional sphere. Ways are offered to improve the quality of vocational guidance services in the sphere of education, labor and employment and, first of all, in rural areas.
